Acceptance of terms
By purchasing a rank or any other product from our store, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not make a purchase from our store.
No refunds
All sales are final and non-refundable. You are responsible for ensuring that you meet the requirements for the rank or product that you are purchasing. If you do not meet the requirements, we will not issue a refund. Attempting to refund or chargeback will result in you losing your rank and being permanently banned without appeal, whether you were successful or not.
Personal use only
Ranks and other products are for your personal use only. You may not transfer or sell your rank or product to any other person.
Modification of ranks and products
We reserve the right to remove or modify ranks and other products at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit your activity to the server, and your purchased products by "Banning", "Muting", or other actions.
Disclaimer of warranties
We make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the ranks and other products sold through our store. We are not responsible for any issues or losses that may arise from the use of our store or products. This includes, but is not limited to, server downtime, data loss, and account bans.
Modification of these terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment
You may not assign these Terms or transfer any rights to use the ranks or other products purchased from our store without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice to you.
Force majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
Entire agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
